We just finished our first full day with mom being here. She had a pretty long day, which included seeing her home health nurse and me taking her to the doctor to have her staples removed. Thirty-nine staples, folks! WOW! But she acted as though she didn't even feel them coming out. I got to see her X-rays. That was pretty cool. And they checked to see how her movements were. The doctors were very impressed on how she was healing and with her mobility. Which is still very limited. But they were pleased with what they saw. So whatever we're doing, we're going to keep doing it!
So anyway, good news from the doc today! That's a big YAY!
We're both off to bed now. There's a big day in the works for tomorrow.
