I just wanted to request prayer for my mom. The doctor that did her hip surgery is not pleased with her mobility and wants her to start a regular walking regiment. However, at this time she has phlebitis, which is an inflamation of the vein. Fortunately, it is the superficial kind. Not the dangerous kind deep in the veins, but rather on the surface of the veins. In other words, she does not have a blood clot. But her personal physician wants her off her feet for a few days until the inflamation goes down. So she hasn't been able to start her walking exercises.
So just pray that after these few days of staying off her feet she can start those needed exercises for her hip.
